Simple But Effective
Today I kept my workout simple. The last two weeks I been pounding my muscles heavy so today I ran 4 miles before work and afterwards I did 350 ab/core moves. My main focus is my mid section so these next few weeks I want to pay a lot of attention to it. Not just crunches but core moves keeping my muscles tight and contracted. Most of my workouts this week are home based. To show you don’t need a gym to get a good effective workout. Most of what you need is just your body and perhaps some bands and/or free weights. Tomorrow is chest and back, my muscles should be nice and rested by then. Im going to try and post what I did for you guys. Every one have a fit and active day/night!
